What is the shipping cost?

Canada: Flat fee CA$9.99. Free shipping on orders over CA$79.

United States: Flat fee USD$9.99. Free shipping on orders over USD$99.

What are the estimated delivery times?

Orders are shipped from our Vancouver warehouse.

Vancouver Local Delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Rest of Canada: 3–10 business days after dispatch.

United States: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

 

Orders & Payments

When will my order ship? How can I track my order?

Once payment is confirmed, orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow it online.

What if there is an issue with my order?

If you experience any problems with your order, please contact us immediately at qixiaoepp22@gmail.com. We will respond within 1–2 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. However, please contact us right away, and we will do our best to help you.

 

Gift Wrapping & Messages

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, Pipigift offers free gift wrapping for all products. We can also include your gift message, and every order is beautifully packed and gift-ready.

Can I buy gift bags or message cards separately?

Yes! Please visit our Gift House 🎁 where you’ll find a wide selection of gift bags, message cards, and accessories.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

We carefully inspect all products before shipping to ensure they are in perfect condition. Returns and refunds are only accepted if an item is damaged during shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to personal reasons, such as a change of mind or a change in your preferences.

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If your product arrives damaged, please provide photos showing the damage inside the shipping box, and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

How long does a refund take?

Once your refund request is approved, we will process it within 3–5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that processing time may vary depending on your bank.
