Refund policy

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. PipiGift only accepts returns or issues refunds if an item is damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong item.

When to Contact Us

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 business days at qixiaoepp22@gmail.com if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • You receive the wrong item

Provide your order number and clear photos of the item inside the shipping box (outer box, inner packaging, and the damaged item). Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Personal reasons such as change of mind or preference
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If your product arrives damaged, please follow the steps above and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed within 3โ€“5 business days back to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
